Accessing CareCru is super simple as it is a web-based platform.

Your onboarding manager will send each user an email with an invitation link to join the CareCru platform. Be on the lookout for an email titled "Join CareCru 🔐"

Once you have received your invitation email, click "JOIN", enter your credentials, and click Reset Password.

​Issues logging in? First, try to reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot password?' button beside "Log in". Otherwise, click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen to contact CareCru support.
