To flag a chat message:
Go to Chat
Click on the star ⭐ icon located to the left of the patient's photo or initials
Your message is now flagged
To access your flagged messages
Go to Chat
Select the Flagged tab
All messages that have been flagged will be displayed
💡 You've addressed a flagged message and want to remove it from the flagged tab? That's easy... Just click on the star ⭐ icon again and the flag will disappear.
