How To Check Your Reviews (1-min read)

Learn how to check whether review requests are going out, what reviews are being posted and where, and how to handle negative reviews.

πŸ’‘ Reviews are critical to attracting new patients. Some studies have shown that as much as 97% of local shoppers will look up a business online before making a buying decision.Β 

Use CareCru's Marketing tab to keep track of how many reviews you are getting, and where they are being posted.

To see your reviews go to Marketing πŸ“’ > Reviews

You can see where your reviews were posted, by who, and when. Use the checkboxes on the right pane to filter for Sources and Ratings

You can also check for reviews left by patients by navigating to a patients Profile>Timeline and Activities

πŸ’‘ It is good to make a habit of checking your reviews and feedback regularly. You may be able to easily identify and resolve patient issues.

Want to respond to reviews? Log in to your Google business account to respond to reviews left on Google or use the CareCru Chat feature to respond to CareCru reviews
