They say the most important piece of equipment in a dental practice is the phone. CareCru's Call Tracking feature helps you take full advantage of this indispensable tool.

To get to your Call Tracking page, click Call Tracking πŸ“ž on the left-hand toolbar in your dashboard. You should see something like the following:

What can you Track

1. No of calls received per day - The line graph is the number of calls each day, that came in from all sources that CareCru tracks.Β

2. Source - Where did the user call from - e.g Google organic, Google My Business, Marketing campaign, etc. CareCru will generate several unique phone numbers for you that will each be used to track calls from a specific source.
For example, if a patient clicks on one of your practice's paid search ads, the phone number on your website will swap out for the tracking number assigned to the "Paid Search" source. Then, when the patient calls that number, CareCru records that you received a call from a paid search ad.
We also have a tracking number associated with email campaigns so you know that this patient called your practice based on that campaign.

3. Call Details - Time, Durations of Call, Location, Caller details

πŸ’‘ CareCru does not track all calls. It only tracks calls that come from specific sources.
