Change names of Hygienists, Dentists / Doctors on the CareCru schedule page and Online booking widget

  • CareCru retrieves the Practitioner's info from your PMS (Practice Management Software)

  • Thus, you will need to change the Practitioner's name in your PMS i.e. Cleardent, Dentrix, etc. Please ensure the First Name and Last Name fields are entered properly.

  • Once the name is updated in your practice management software, you should see that name change reflected in CareCru when it syncs
