CareCru retrieves the Practitioner's info from your PMS (Practice Management Software)
Thus, you will need to change the Practitioner's name in your PMS i.e. Cleardent, Dentrix, etc. Please ensure the First Name and Last Name fields are entered properly.
Once the name is updated in your practice management software, you should see that name change reflected in CareCru when it syncs
