Have a practitioner who no longer works at the practice or a practitioner who you no longer want to showcase on your online booking widget? Follow these steps in your CareCru account settings to remove a practitioner from the online booking widget in real-time :
Go to Settings > Practitioners
Find the practitioner you want to remove from online booking
Click on the practitioner's name in the left-side menu
Click on Reasons on the practitioner's window
Toggle off ALL reasons assigned to this practitioner
Remember to click Save
The practitioner will no longer appear as an option on the online booking widget.
