Pre-requisites to sending a text message using CareCru -

1. The patient has a file in the practice management software

2. There is a valid cellphone number in the patient's file

A step-by-step guide to sending a text -

1. In CareCru Go to the Chat section by clicking on the Chat bubble icon

2. At the Search box, type the patient’s name (or copy and paste it in), then select the profile name tag that appears. This will open that patient's chat conversation page

3. Type in the message you want to send>Click "Send"

4. Any responses from the patient will be seen in the same chat conversation window
