Stop a patient from getting a Review Request

Learn how to stop review requests on a per patient basis

Donna's Review requests can be customized on a per-patient basis. This customization can be helpful in cases such as -

  • The patient indicated a preference that he/she no longer wants to receive review requests

  • For when a confirmed patient cancels last minute or No-show

  • And other scenarios where you would like a single patient from being sent a review request!

To turn off 'Review Requests' in the Patient Profile:

1. Navigate to the Patient's Profile page โ†’ click 'Edit'

2. Click on the Tab labeled 'Settings'

2. Scroll Down and Turn off the 'Review Requests' toggle for that patient and click 'SAVE'.

Make a Note/ create a follow-up as a reminder in case you would like Donna to resume sending 'Review Requests' to the patient.

Note: If you are able to cancel the appointment or turn off 'Review Requests' in the Patient Profile before Donna is scheduled to send the Review Request (after the appointment time slot ends), that will stop Donna from sending it in the first place.
