How to Filter your Recall Lists

How to use Filter settings for Patient Recall Lists to find patients who have not been contacted for a Recall.

Here is a quick guide to the Filter settings to narrow down results when looking at a Patient Recall List.

Step By Step Instructions -

1. On the 'Patient Management' page (heart icon)> Select the Recall list from the dropdown that you want to work on

2. Next, set the 'Filter' titled 'Communication' & 'Recall' on the right side of the page to the below inputs:

  • Communications Filter β†’ Recalls: On

  • Recalls Filter
    Status: Not Received
    Sender: Any
    Date Sent (optional): For 'Start Date', click the date you want the filter to start looking for results from. For 'End Date' click "today's" date.

Comprehension Example: Let's say you would like to find the patients that are:
'0-3 Months Late' from their Hygiene appointment due date, and who haven't been contacted by staff or Donna within the month of June & July (if your Practice prefers to message these patients monthly)
