If your Practice Management Software (PMS) does not support syncing Chair assignments to CareCru, you'll need to manually assign Chairs to your Practitioners in CareCru.
How to assign chairs in CareCru
Go to Account Settings
Click on Practitioners at the top-left
Click on a Practitioner you want to assign chairs to
Click ‘Practitioner Schedule’ to view their schedule
Click each of the Practitioner's workdays to assign the appropriate chairs to them, from the Chairs drop-down list. Click Update when done.

Although this needs to be done manually only if your PMS doesn't currently support syncing the chair assignments over to CareCru, please note that our team is continually researching and working on adding the compatibility to eventually have syncing available for more and more PMS systems.
