If a patient provides feedback that they no longer want to receive communication about their overdue recall, you can change that setting on the individual patient's profiles.
Step-by-step Instructions -
Go to the Patient's Profile - Search or Actions drop down>Patient Profile
Click on Edit to the right of Patient Info
In the window that appears, click the ‘Settings’ tab → scroll down to the ‘Patient Recalls’ section→ click the switch to turn Off all Recalls for this patient (Purple = On, Grey = Off).
Then click ‘Save’
NOTE - If this is temporary and you plan to turn Recalls back On for this patient at a later date (e.g. when they’re back from vacation), then you can “Add a Follow-up” to their Patient Profile to set a reminder for staff to turn it back On (How To: https://intercom.help/carecru/en/articles/3247448-how-do-i-set-a-reminder-to-follow-up-with-a-patient)
