How to customize the Online Booking widget?

Learn how to match the booking widget to your practice's website theme and branding

The CareCru online booking widget on your website can be customized for color - to match the color theme of your website right through the CareCru platform - and for the label - "Book Online" OR "Request Appointment" depending on what you use across your website.

Step-by-step instructions for changing the color of the booking widget-

  1. In CareCru navigate to Account Settings > Practice > Online Booking

  2. Here, Under Customize Widget click the line 'Primary Widget Color' and update the color using the color picker. You will see the box titled "HEX" on the color picker tool update to get your desired color.

  3. Click the 'Save' button when done

For an exact color match, we recommend you use the free color picker tool available online to find the HEX number.

Step-by-step instructions for changing the label of the booking widget-

1. In CareCru navigate to Account Settings > Practice > Online Booking

2. In the section title Customize Widget>Click on the Widget label

3. From the drop-down select one option

4. Click Save to make the change to the widget label on your website in realtime

Note - CareCru recommends that to maximize conversion rates of your online booking use the label "Book Online"
