In order to change the Name/ Description of the reasons on the Online booking widget published on your website, simply make that change in CareCru to have that change reflected on the widget in real-time.
Step-by-step instructions on how to update the Name &/or description of Reasons
Go to Account Settings>Reasons
Here, select the Reason/s you want to change
Under the 'Reason Details' section, change the Name and Description to your liking
Remember to click the 'Save' button when done
To Preview your changes - Navigate to Account Settings>Practice>Online booking>Online scheduling Widget Preview>Preview to see how the Updated details show on the booking widget on your website
