How do I change the name/description of a Reason?

In order to change the Name/ Description of the reasons on the Online booking widget published on your website, simply make that change in CareCru to have that change reflected on the widget in real-time.

Step-by-step instructions on how to update the Name &/or description of Reasons

  1. Go to Account Settings>Reasons

  2. Here, select the Reason/s you want to change

  3. Under the 'Reason Details' section, change the Name and Description to your liking

  4. Remember to click the 'Save' button when done

To Preview your changes - Navigate to Account Settings>Practice>Online booking>Online scheduling Widget Preview>Preview to see how the Updated details show on the booking widget on your website
