The Waitlist is located on the Schedule page and serves as an effective tool to fill any last-minute cancellations.
To find patients on the Waitlist:
1. Navigate to the Schedule page
2. Click on the Waitlist button
3. Review patients on your Waitlist
Patients who chose to join the Waitlist during their Online Booking Request will be indicated using the icon below:
Patients that were added manually by your team will be indicated using the icon below:
