From time to time there is the need to clear your browser cache to ensure that the CareCru product functions properly. This can be done by following the steps outlined below.
Click on the icon with three dots in the top right of your Chrome browser
Select More Tools
Select Clear Browsing Data
Select Cached images and files and click on Clear data
Go back to your internet browser tab with your CareCru platform and refresh the tab
If Step One does not resolve your issue, proceed to Step Two.
Open a new tab by clicking the + sign
Paste chrome://settings/siteData in the address bar and press Enter
3. In the Search cookies section, type in carecru
4. Find carecru and click on the garbage can to clear your cookies and site data
5. Go back to the tab with your CareCru platform and refresh the tab
Note: you will be prompted to log in again
