Patients who book online for themselves or for others provide important information such as - insurance details, phone numbers, notes, etc. related to the appointment request. Hence it's best practice to always review this rich information submitted by the patient prior to taking action on the appointment request.
Review prior to appointment acceptance or refusal:
Go to Dashboard
Click on the Online Req tab
Click on an appointment request
The Card pop-pop-up that appears will contain all the details of the appointment request, including the person who requested the appointment.
Review after appointment acceptance or refusal:
Go to Intelligence
Select the Online Scheduling report from the dropdown selector
Update the Date Range to the month that the request was received in
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Requests Received section where it will list all the raw data for the appointments requested in that time range including the status of that request.
Note: be sure to scroll all the way to the right to view all data (requestor info listed at the end)
