Once you have created patient Follow Up notes, you now need an easy way to manage them. We have created a notification badge to help you stay on top of your to-do items and make sure you don't miss any time-sensitive tasks.

To access your list of Follow Up notes, click on the Clipboard icon on the top right corner in CareCru. If there is a notification badge on the clipboard, this indicates the total number of patient Follow Ups that are past due, or that need to be completed today.

This will bring you to My Follow Ups (past 30 days) where you can view the list of all patient created Follow Up tasks that are past due within the last 30 days, including today.

Note: You can also access this view by clicking on Patient Management tab and selecting My Follow Ups (past 30 days) from the dropdown.

Filter your Follow Up List -

You can drill down the follow-up list using any of the following inputs -

  • Due Date Range

  • Created By

  • Assigned To

  • Reason

  • Status

To filter the Follow-up List -

  1. Go to Filter on the right side of the screen>Follow Ups and click the down arrow

  2. Enter the Filter criteria - One or multiple fields

  3. The list will automatically be filtered using the selected inputs

For e.g, the below input will show me all the incomplete Predetermination follow-ups due from July 31st, 2022 - August 4th, 2022, that were created by Denise, and Assigned to Christine.
