How can I re-notify a patient in the Virtual Waiting Room?

If your patient in the Virtual Waiting Room hasn't come in yet, notify them again. (1-min read)

Re-Notify Patient

To re-notify your incoming patients, go to your Dashboard and locate the patient you'd like to re-notify on the Waiting Room Tab

If the patient has already received a previous Notification, the button will show Re-Notify. You'll be able to send another message by pressing on Re-Notify. This is helpful if the patient has accidentally ignored your first notification to come in. This message is customizable - you can modify the message for each patient or send the default message.

These messages will go directly into the closed conversation lists and won't re-open closed conversations.

If the scheduled patient still hasn't come in, consider calling them - you'll be able to find their phone number by clicking on the patient's name.

Complete Patient Check-in

When the patient enters the laboratory/room, select the button that appears on the left side of the name to complete the check-in.

Make sure to only select the check-in button once the patient has entered your practice, otherwise, his/her name will disappear from the Waiting Room tab on the Dashboard.
