If you pressed the check-in button, the patient name and appointment information will disappear from your Dashboard and the Waiting Room tab.
This cannot be undone but you'll still be able to find the patient contact information by checking your Schedule or Patient Management Software.
Step By Step Guide -
Go to the Schedule page and click on the appointment of the incoming patient and you'll be able to reach out to him/her by phone or text.
To send a text message to the patient, click on the drop-down menu next to the patient's name:
