How can I re-notify a patient if I already completed their check-in?

If you accidentally pressed the check-in button, here's what you can do to contact and notify your incoming patient (1-min read)

If you pressed the check-in button, the patient name and appointment information will disappear from your Dashboard and the Waiting Room tab.

This cannot be undone but you'll still be able to find the patient contact information by checking your Schedule or Patient Management Software.

Step By Step Guide -

  1. Go to the Schedule page and click on the appointment of the incoming patient and you'll be able to reach out to him/her by phone or text.

  2. To send a text message to the patient, click on the drop-down menu next to the patient's name:

    3. You can also search for this patient by Navigating to Chat>Type the patients name in the search bar
