Completed digital forms are automatically sent to your practice's email address. If you'd like to change the email address which receives digital forms, go to Account Settings > General. Under Contact Email, update this field to the email address you would like digital forms to be sent to. Be sure to press Save after.
Incoming emails containing digital forms will look like the example below, with the subject line containing the following text: <Form Name - Patient Name>
You can view the form data in the email body or by downloading the encrypted password-secured PDF.
You should have received a password from the CareCru team to open all digital forms. If you've lost your password, contact our Customer Success team via chat or by email at support@carecru.com.
