Practice email notifications can be set up in one of two ways:
To all users in CareCru
To select email addresses
By default, email notifications will be sent to all users in CareCru
To update your email notification settings to only send to select email addresses:
Go to Account Settings > General
In the Notification Email(s) field, add one or multiple email addresses you want to receive email notifications on (for multiple, ensure they are separated by commas)
Note: By default, when an email is entered into the Notification Email(s) field, the Disable Email Notifications for Users toggle will be set to ON. This will send email notifications only to emails entered in the Notification Email(s) text field.
If you prefer to continue to allow email notifications for all practice users, you can do so by turning the toggle OFF at the bottom of the screen as indicated by the arrow in the image below.
