Our Smart Recare list lets you contact those patients that have either been unresponsive to Donna's messages or may not have received recall communication manually to ensure you are contacting your patients in the most efficient manner.

What is the Smart Recare List?

It s a list of all Active Patients who are overdue for hygiene/recall 0-1, 2-3, 6-7, 12-13, 17-18 months, and not scheduled. It also filters out any patients who have had logged staff conversations in the past 30 days (logged recalls). You can review this standard filter by clicking on the question mark under the report name.

How to work the Smart Recare list

1. Go to Patient Management

2. Select Smart Recare from the dropdown list

💡If you have a larger Smart Recare list, we suggest using the filters on the right to

exclude any Donna sent recall reminders from the past 1-2 weeks, as patients may

still respond to those communications.

Go to the Recalls filter

- Status = Not Sent

- Sender = Donna

- Date Sent = example: One week ago to Today

3. Contact the patient and log your interaction

  • Click on the drop-down arrow beside the patient's name to review details

  • Click on Actions

  • Click Log Recall

4. Once logged, you can refresh your Smart Recare list by clicking on the Header First Name, which will refresh your list and remove the patient you just contacted so you do not lose your spot.
