How to change Patient Name Preference in Donna's messages

Set the way you would like Donna to communicate with your patients

Depending on the set-up of your patient's data in your practice management software, you may want to have Donna's automated messages reference either the First Name or the Preferred Name of your patient.

*Note - only users with the role of Owner can edit this setting.

  1. Go to Account Settings > General

  2. Scroll down to the Patient Name Preference section

  3. From the drop-down, select First Name or Preferred Name
    โ€‹(by default, this is set to First name)

  4. Click Save
