Depending on the set-up of your patient's data in your practice management software, you may want to have Donna's automated messages reference either the First Name or the Preferred Name of your patient.
*Note - only users with the role of Owner can edit this setting.
- Go to Account Settings > General 
- Scroll down to the Patient Name Preference section 
- From the drop-down, select First Name or Preferred Name 
 β(by default, this is set to First name)
- Click Save
