Your patient-submitted forms are available to be viewed and downloaded directly from the CareCru platform.
To navigate to this section, select Account Settings > Forms > Submissions.
Here, you can accomplish the following tasks:
Search forms by Patient Name
download forms to your desktop, which can then be saved to your practice management software
mark forms as Actioned, meaning all steps required for that form have been completed by your office
Note: until forms have been Actioned, you will see a notification indicator in the top right of the platform.
