In CareCru, you have the ability to customize your SMS and Email Review Requests that are sent to patients after they complete their appointment.
SMS and Email templates can viewed by all user roles, but the message content can only be customized by users with the role of Owner. Change requests can also be sent to CareCru Support.

The following items are customizable in a review request:
Email: Subject Line and email body (including text formatting)
SMS: text body
Insert tags can be added (eg. Patient Name, Appointment Practitioner, etc)
Emojis can be added

Go to Account Settings > Donna > Reviews
Click on the Review Request bubble
From here, you can make the following configurations:
What channel type you want the review request to be sent: SMS, Email or both
How long after the appointment you want to send the request to be sent
Message content
toggle between SMS and Email to update both methods, if applicable
Add in emoji's or Insert Tags into the body of the message
Press Save to keep your changes.

CareCru Support and users with the role of Owner can also update the following configurations for your review requests:
Allowing Donna to send to unconfirmed appointments
How often to send review requests to patients who HAVE previously submitted a review. Choose from one of the following options:

To change any of the above settings, just click on the gear icon located at the top right of the Reviews page:
Upon clicking on the gear icon, you will see a Review Settings pop-up window where you can make your selections.
