In the platform, you have the ability to customize your SMS and Email Recall Reminders that are sent to patients when they are due for continuing care.

SMS and Email templates can viewed by all user roles, but the message content can only be customized by users with the role of Owner. Change requests can also be sent to CareCru Support.

(Overview of User Roles can be found here).

The following items are customizable in a recall reminder:

  1. Email: Subject Line and email body (including text formatting)

  2. SMS: text body

  3. Insert tags can be added (eg. Patient Name, Appointment Practitioner, etc)

  4. Emojis can be added
