How to change the time-frame to get notified of Openings in your Schedule

Know how to adjust the time-frame for Openings

By default, you will be notified of Openings in your Schedule generated from cancelled, moved, or deleted appointments that were scheduled today or tomorrow (business days).

However, if you want to change this timeframe and see further Openings in the future, any user with the role of Owner, can adjust this window.

Steps to adjust time-frame

  1. Navigate to the Schedule page

  2. From the Openings tab, click on the gear icon
    โ€‹

  3. Select a new time frame from the drop-down (Max limit is 14 business days)
    โ€‹

  4. Click Apply

You will immediately see the list of Openings that meet the newly selected time frame.

๐Ÿ’กIf you do not want to be notified of Openings, select Never from the dropdown which will disable all notifications.
