At times, you may want to view which patients have been already contacted for a specific Opening. We explain how to do that in this article.
View Contacted Patients
Go to the Schedule page
Select the tab Opening (besides Online Requests)
Here you will see the full list of Openings. Scroll to the Opening in question and review the action that will read Message sent to XX Waitlisted patient
Click on this green text to see the full list of patients that have been messaged
You can also see the team member that actioned the opening, and the time that the opening was actioned at
