Breaking appointment in Dentrix so that you receive a reminder of a patient’s broken appointments and are prompted to reschedule the next time you try to schedule a new appointment for that patient.
Workflow to break an appointment
In the schedule (Appointments Book), select the appointment that you want to break.
Click Options and then click Break Appointment. A message appears to confirm the action
Click Yes to break the appointment and move it to the Unscheduled List.
