There are 3 types of unscheduled appointments in Power Practice, ‘Cancelled’ is used when patients cancel their appointment, ‘No-show’ is used when patients fail to honor their booking and lastly, ‘Unschedule’ is used when the Clinic/Practice cannot honor an appointment due to circumstances.
Workflow to Unschedule an Appointment:
Select the appointment you wish to cancel from Scheduler and then do any of the following:
Right-click on the appointment >Select ‘Unschedule Appointment’
- A dialogue box with 3 options will open. Choose the appropriate type and press OKOR
Go to Appointment History, find the specific appointment line > right click and choose ‘Unschedule’
