Here at Careflow, we understand that receiving notifications is of upmost importance. We understand that in order for you keep on top of incoming referrals, you need to be notified as referrals come in.
We've provided extensive notification options. You can choose to receive notifications via email or push notifications. Push notifications send pop-up notifications directly to your device. These notifications must be enabled directly on each device. Follow these steps to troubleshoot notifications based on your browser type:

Enable Notifications on the Careflow Notifications Page
After logging in to Careflow, click on your personal avatar in the top right corner of the Careflow app.
Select "Notifications"
Locate the setting that asks if you'd like to enable Push Notifications on your browser and toggle it on.
A browser modal will pop up asking you if you'd like to give Careflow permission to send notifications - Click "Allow"
You will now have the option to send yourself a test notification. By clicking this button, you should see a test notification pop-up in the the corner of your screen.
If the notification does not show up, continue through this tutorial to check your system settings to be sure that you're browser is allowed to send you notifications
Allow Notifications after you've mistakenly clicked "Block" on the permissions pop-up.
Google Chrome
Click on the Lock Icon in the top left corner of your browser search field.
This will open a modal - toggle notifications "On"
Safari
Open Safari Settings
Click "Websites"
Scroll Down to "Notifications"
Find app.gocareflow.com and select "Allow"
Allow Notifications on MacOS
Navigate to the Notifications tab on the system settings
Scroll down to Google Chrome and enable notifications
Be sure to enable Google Chrome Helper (Alerts) as well

Scroll down to Google Chrome and enable notifications

Adding the Careflow App to the Home Screen on iOS
Open Careflow on your browser
Swipe up to open the action menu
Select "Add to Home Screen"
The App will automatically be named "Careflow"
Click "Add"
Careflow should now be active on your home screen!
