Here are some examples of reasons why your calendar might not be synchronizing👇

In order for the calendar's activities to be synchronized, the following things are required

  • The activity needs to be timed with date and time.

  • The activity needs to be marked with the category "Cirrus" in Outlook.

  • The recievers e-mail address needs to be in Cirrus

  • All your e-mail info needs to be correct in the Control Panel. Check out how you do it here!

  • The add on Exchange+ or Outlooksynk needs to be active.

  • The activity needs to be in the timeframe you're synchronizing (maximum 120 days)

  • The reciever or sender in the meeting is not registered in Cirrus. The e-mailadress must be in Cirrus to be able to match the meeting to the right account.

  • Private meetings with no receiver or sender are not synced.

  • You may need to update your Outlook password. You can check if Outlook requires you to do this by logging in via the web version - outlook.office365.com.

  • Cirrus will synchronize with Outlook every 15 minutes which means that a meeting may not show up in your calendar immediately.
