How can I change responsible user on several accounts at the same time?

The need to move accounts from one user to another happens from time to time. For example when a new colleague joins your team or when you just need to change up the customer portfolios. Follow the steps below for a quick way of changing the responsible user on several accounts at the same time! ๐Ÿค

  1. Head over to the menu and select Accounts

  2. Select the accounts you want to change by ticking the boxes next to itย 

  3. Click "Edit" in the tab bar that appears when ticking a box and select the new responsible user in the field "Responsible"ย 

  4. Save! ๐ŸŽ‰

Changing the account responsible is a quick fix, just follow these steps!

  1. Head over to the top menu and select Accounts

  2. Use the filters in the top to get the accounts you want to changeย 

  3. Mouse over the cogwheel up in the right corner and mark "Select all"ย 

  4. Then choose "Edit account" and select the new user in the field "Responsible"ย 

  5. Save! ๐ŸŽ‰
