Some examples of how to use "Triggers" in Cirrus to create your own automated workflows

Triggers is very powerful and can be used in a variaty of ways for automation.
The triggers are devided in the following areas to activate an automatic workflow.Β 

  • When an activity i saved or updated

  • When an account is saved or updated

  • When an opportunity is saved or updated

  • When an order is saved or updated

  • Or a night batch

Next step is to set up your own conditions and results by some predefined selections. To make things clear we've gathered 3 examples of automated workflows that our customers use. Cope paste or play around as you like πŸ˜„

3 examples of automated workflows made with Triggers in Cirrus

1. I want to add an automated follow up activity to the account owner when a new account with the type Prospect is created for them.

2. I want to set an automatic follow up activity for everyone 3 days after a meeting is marked as done.

3. I want an email to be sent to all users when someone has closed an opportunity as won.
