How to add other users or contacts as participants to your activity

Adding colleagues to an activity is an easy way to invite your team and make sure their calendar shows up as booked. The same procedure also applies when you want to add other contacts as participants in a meeting and also when you want to add resources.

Step 1:

Start with opening up the activity you want your colleagues to participate in.
In this example we open up an activity from the calendar view:

Step 2:

Select "Participants" at the top and tick the users you want to participate.
You can also book a resource from the same view, for example when you want to book a conference room.Β

Hit save and you're done! 🌟

If you're looking to add other contacts as participants, the contacts connected to the selected account is automatically displayed to the left. If you want to add other contacts, simply use the search field on the right hand side. πŸ‘‡
