Creating email templates is a great way of saving time. Here's how to create your own ones and how to use them!
Step 1. Add new template in settings
Email templates is created in Settings at the bottom of the menu. In Settings, select "Users" in the left menu and then "Mail Templates".
Click "+ ADD NEW" in the top right to create your template.
Step 2. Use your template
Click the + at the top of the page and select "Email". Choose the contact/customer you want as recipients. Then choose your template on the right hand side.

Step 3. Send your email
When you're done, click send! ๐จ
โThe email will be saved in the customers account.
