How to use filters

Create and save your recurring searches and save time

Filters is an awesome feature to save time on making the same filtrations over and over again. 

Filters can be used in all views.

Follow the steps below to make your own!

Step 1. Open the view

In this example we'll make a filter in the accounts view. Click on the funnel icon. 

Step 2. Create your view

Select the filter options you want by clicking on one of the categories and tick the box of the data you want as your search result and click ‘Save filter set’ if you want to save it or ‘Search’ if you just want to search for it.

Step 3. Name and save your filter  

You can name your filter and choose it to be Public or Private.
When you've saved the filter, you can also choose to make your filter as standard. This means that everytime you open the accounts view, this filter will be applied by default.

Step 4. Open and find your saved filters

You can find all your saved filter sets in the Filter Sets tab.
