Customize the pipeline to fit your business

Your sales cycle is most likely not a copy of someone else, good thing you can customize the pipeline in Cirrus to fit your sales cycle!

First of all, you need to have permission to edit and create opportunities/pipelines in Cirrus. Permissions are handled in settings by your CRM-admin.ย 


In Cirrus CRM it's possible to create one or more sales cycles to fit your business way of working. For example, you might need two sales cycles.
One for the new business team and one for account managers since their sales cycles may differ?ย 

Customizing your sales cycle means that you'll be able to create several sales cycles and choose which steps each sales cycle should consist of. In the example below you can see that we have 2 sales cycles that consist different steps to fit each business areas sales cycle! ๐Ÿ‘‡

Here's how to create them yourself!ย 

Step 1.

First of all you'll need to head over to settings. You'll find settings in the bottom of the left menu. Settings is where you modify and add new settings that apply on the whole platform.

When in settings, choose "Categories" in the left menu.ย 

Step 2.

Click on the heading "Type Of Opportunity/Step". You'll get a view of you existing sales cycles/pipelines. The one marked with bold is the default pipeline.

If you want to edit an existing pipeline, click on the pen icon on the right.ย 

If you want to add a new pipeline - click on "Add New" in the top right corner.

Step 3.ย 

This is the view of editing or creating a new pipeline. You'll be able to name, sort and describe each step of your pipeline.ย 

Step 4.

Now head over to Opportunity (in the left menu) to take a look at our brand new sales cycle/pipeline!ย 

Step 5.ย 

Now you're all set to add the first opportunity to your Pipeline.
