How to use the activity analysis

The activity analysis is exactly what it says, an actual analysis. Don't mix this up with old school reports that you needed to print out to a boring Excel or static PDF file, this is a dynamic analysis with real time data.

About the analysis

The analysis is divided into 8 tabs. Every tab hold different types of data and the content that displays in these tabs is related to what filters you've made in the top. You can narrow or widen what the analysis is presenting by choosing time frame, users, account types, customer groups etc.

The analysis contains both done and not done activities.

The analysis page are divided in a couple of tabs. All tabs present different types of data for different purposes. Remember to use the filters in the top, they decide what's displayed under each tab. 

This is what you'll find under each tab

General Statistics

For example what types of activities that's been done or created and how many. What account types are we working with the most etc.

User

A summary of how many activities each user or department has created and done. 

Activities

List of all activities (done and not done).

Account

List of accounts the activities are tied to.

Time

How much time are spent on each activity type and account type.

Count per Accounts

How many activities are done with each account.

Share per account type

How many activities that are done on an average week on each account type. 

Map

Where the accounts are that we have created or done activities with.
