Inactivate a user

In order to inactivate a user and remove it from the invoice you have to contact us via chat or email customercare@careofcrm.com requesting to inactivate it. Once we've received the request we will inactivate it for you.

The above also applies if you want to add a new user with the purpose to inactivate a user that should no longer have access to Cirrus.

Please never replace an existing user with new user information as thid affects the history in Cirrus.

Instead create a new user and let us know and we'll help with inactivating the user that should no longer have access to Cirrus.
