When you've successfully turned a lead into a business relationship you want to convert it from a lead to an actual account.
Leads -> Select the lead you wish you convert -> Select status to Converted -> Click the Convert Lead button -> Add the name of the company/account -> Click Convert -> Click Yes, go! -> Go to Accounts to find your new account.
