Create your own areas of use for Projects and linked them to your unique business!

With Projects you can follow complex processes where several people, businesses and activities are linked together.

Projects can be used to follow consulting assignments, development projects, delivery projects, internal projects, contracts etc.

Click on the + on the top left -> Click Projects -> Name your project -> Click Save.


After naming your project a window with 6 tabs will pop up.

Overview - Here is general information about the project. You can add tags, change status, add a description and deadline etc.
Dynamic Fields- Add facts about your new project, such as who the Project manager is, Add-ons etc.
Account - Here you can choose which account or customer the project is with.
Contacts - Add a contact person for the project here.
Activities - Add your meetings, phone calls, emails and other activities here.
Documents - Here you can upload relevant documents such as agreements and quotes.

After filling out all relevant fields in the different tabs, click Save and your project will be visible in Project in the menu.
