A document can be linked to the following types of data in Cirrus⬇

Contacts
Activities
Opportunities
Quotations
Orders
Projects
Start by uploading a document. Learn how ➡ here.
1. Open the document from the document archive. The document archive can be accessed through the menu or by clicking the gear symbol on the right hand side in an account.
2. Locate the document and click it to open the edit mode to the right.
3. To link the document, use the edit mode to the right. Click on edit and then search for the data you wish to link the document to by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the respective data source.
If you want to disconnect the link between the document and the data, untick the options that appear when you click on the magnifying glass.
4. Done! You should now be able to find the document at the location you linked it to.
