How to add a sales budget and opportunity budget

In Cirrus CRM you can add a budget to your users in sales orders and won opportunities

Both budgets can be followed on the dashboard. If you're registered as a Sales Manager in Cirrus you'll also see the whole teams collected budget on the dashboard. If you're not a Sales Manager, you'll just see your own budget.

Add a budget

Step 1. 

Budgets are set in "Settings" -> "Budget". If you can't see this alternative in Settings, you probably don't have permission to set a budget. 

Step 2. 

Choose what type of budget you want to add.
There are two tabs under budget, Sales orders and Opportunity/Pipeline.
Sales orders budget is based on order value in Cirrus, Opportunity is based on won opportunities in the pipeline.

Step 3. 

Choose the user and the year you want to set a budget. Last year, this year and next year are always displayed. Click on the number under year and next to the user to edit.

Fill in the budget manually on each month or just copy them all from January like the example video below 👇

Tip
If you want to add the same budget to all users in one department there's a shortcut on the bottom right.
