The more time you've spent in sales, the more your customer base and potential customer base is growing. And with a contact base that's constantly growing it get's more and more important to keep a structured way of working with them.

One "sales rule" you've probably heard of before is to ALWAYS have a next step planned with your customer base. This rule is something Cirrus really lives by.

That's why Cirrus automatically tells you when you've missed to plan a next step with the "Activity is missing" notice.

Here are some examples of how it's presented 👇

  • You can click on this "Warning pill" and Cirrus directs you to the late activity so that you can action it.

  • By clicking on "Activity is missing" you'll be directed to create a new activity which you can link to the opportunity.

Cirrus helps to remind you

Something you've probably also noticed is that Cirrus ALWAYS suggests to create a new activity when you've marked an activity as done. This suggesting appears both in web and in the app.

It looks like this, sliding up in the bottom of the page helping you with your workflow 👇

An awesome tip!

We're all humans and IF you've forgot to book a next step with some customers or prospects, you can easily sort them out by using the filter "Activities" and select "Missing" and search. BAM - all accounts with no next step planned in one overview💥
