The Follow feature makes it possible to follow specific accounts, activities, opportunities, contacts, projects etc.

All resources has a heart button, by clicking on the heart button you're now following it. 

For example, if you follow an Account you'll be notified in the notice center as soon as something changes regarding this account. 

You can also use filters in all views to find the ones you're following (or not).
