KPI stands for Key Performance Indicators. Keep reading to learn how to work with KPI's.

A KPI in short, is a measurable value that helps organizations understand how their business development is relative to their set goals and objectives. In Cirrus you can add KPI's so that you easily can track your goals and performance individually and as a team.

How to add a new KPI

Click on + and KPI


There are four steps in creating a new KPI.

  • KPI Type - Chose from 4 different alternatives

  • Users/Period - Choose which users should be included and whithin which time frame.

  • Characteristics - Set which type of activities or other sepcifics in this step.

  • Name - Choose a name for your KPI and select or add a new tab for it to be chategorized in as well as who it's visible for.

Where to find your KPI's

After creating your KPI's, you will find them in the KPI tab on your dashboard and your can switch between the different sub-tabs you've created. You can also move a KPI från one sub-tab to another by clicking on them to edit.


Default KPI's

On the main page of your dashboard you can select up to 4 KPI's to be displayed and will be the default ones you see everytime you log on to Cirrus. You can change these at any time.
