How to create departments and allocate your team members to them

Go to Settings -> Users -> Departments

How to add new departments

Click +Add new to ad a new department.

Choose the name for your department and which users it includes.

You can also choose a user to be the head of that department and if that department is a sub-department to an existing one.

How to add users to several different departments

Click the pen symbol to edit. While holding the Ctrl key, click on the departments you wish to add your user to. Click save.

โ— Please note! You must have admin rights in order to administer departments.
