With Performance week, you work with objectives. You then follow these objectives on a weekly basis in the dashboard. This makes it easy to identify the strengths as well as challenges.
In turn, this eliminates questions such as "I do not know what to do." or "I do not know what is expected of me".
Performance Week is based on activities, opportunities and leads.
How to get started with Performance Week.
Step 1 - Create a new Performance week
Go to Settings -> Add-ons -> Performance Week.

Click Add New. Choose a name e.g. the department/user the goal applies to. Lastly, pick which time period your PW starts and finishes at.

When choosing time periods, always set the period from Monday to Sunday. This is to get as accurate results as possible for your Performance weeks!
Step 2 - Edit
Once you have saved the PW, find it in the list and click the pen symbol to edit. Now you can add more parameters to the PW.
Step 3 - Objectives
Below is an example of what it looks like creating objectives for opportunities.
Type: Choose whether the objective applies to Activities, Opportunities or Leads.
Goal: Numeric value
Status: Depending on the objective type, this is where you pick the status. The objective in this case is opportunities so let's say we choose Close aka. closed opportunities.
Opportunity type: If you have several different types of opportunities, choose which one applies to this objective.
Account type: Select which account types are applicable to this objective. To select more than one, hold CTRL.
Click ADD when finished.

Step 4 - Users
Add which user(s) this applies to. Choose a time period for the user(s). When done, click ADD to save.
It is recommended to not make the goals and objectives too big. Keep them short and sweet aka. achievable! When you are satisfied with the settings, click Save at the bottom right.β
