How to deactivate articles

To delete an article, you deactivate it, ie. it is not completely deleted from your portal. The purpose of this is to not destroy any historical data.

  1. Go to the Articles by scrolling down to Other in the side menu and click Articles.

  2. Click the article you wish to deactivate and untick the box next to Active. Save.

    The article is now deactivated.

  3. You can find your deactivated articles by filtering out inactive articles. You can also click on these and reactivate them.
